2020 Pool Update and Hours of Operation

The Board of Directors spent the last several months discussing and considering the information disseminated by federal, state and local agencies mandates (which are fluid and rapidly change), CDC guidelines as well as risk management professionals, association attorneys, and recommendations from our trusted vendor partners.  The Board's main priority right now is to listen to the recommendations from these trusted sources to ensure our homeowners stay healthy.   

Stringent guidelines will be put into place and the Board and or Gate Attendant reserve the right to close the pool and eject anyone not adhering to the guidelines at any time for any reason.  Violation of these guidelines can result in the loss of pool privileges.

Due to the mandates and requirements to open the facility a waiver will be required before use of the pool.    ONLY THE HOMEOWNER OF THE PROPERTY IS ALLOWED TO OBTAIN POOL TAGS.  TENANTS WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEIR OWNERS/LANDLORDS DIRECTLY.
 
You will then need to register for pool tags at www.crest-management.com by clicking on the Pool Tags tab. ***If you have already registered for your pool tags on the Crest website, you will NOT need to register again.  Once Crest confirms receipt of your signed waiver and confirms your account balance is zero, your pool tag will be mailed to the residence.   

We will process the waivers and pool tag requests Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM.  The process may take up to 5 business days. 

Please review and adhere to the following guidelines for pool use this season:

  1. NO GUESTS at any time. 
  2. No one under eighteen (18) is permitted without an adult with a Pool Release Waiver confirmation. 
  3. Four (4) people per household will be allowed to enter the pool area at one time.
  4. Only 30 swimmers at one time will be allowed to use the pool due to capacity limitations.
  5. Social Distancing: Pool patrons must maintain a distance of 6 ft between you and other pool patrons.  Members of the same household can sit near each other.
  6. The water fountain will be disabled so you will need to supply your own water. 
  7. Hand sanitizers will be installed in pool area.


A capacity of 30 swimmers at one time is permitted and will be strictly enforced.
